How do I transport boat or bike rentals?
You are responsible for transportation of your rental(s). We can provide drop off and pick up services with an advance reservation depending on location. We can provide pool noodles to transport kayaks if you do not have roof racks. We have a limited number of bike rack rentals, bikes can fit in most vehicles.
Can I boat on any rivers in the area?
Our boats are to be used on flat water only (i.e. lakes).
How long should I book a rental for?
We strongly suggest a full day rental for boats to consider the time and distance to and from near by lakes and park entrances. Plan ahead for time, everywhere in Montana and Glacier is a trek!
What is the latest I can get a rental by walk-in?
1 pm (half day) is the latest our rentals can go out. All rentals are due back 30 mins prior to close.
What if I am late returning my rental?
Late fee(s) apply to rentals if not returned 30 minutes prior to close. Late fee(s) vary depending on time of arrival.
What if I am late picking up my rental?
We will accommodate a 30 minute pick-up window. We can not guarantee holding a rental past allotted time-frame especially during peak season.
Can I cancel due to rain and cold weather?
It’s cold in Glacier, welcome to Montana 
RWO will cancel if weather conditions are extreme or unsafe to be in (i.e. extreme wind, lightning) or fleet not available due to maintenance. If RWO cancels for these reasons refunds are available. See refund policy and cancellation policy for further details.
What is the Refund/Cancellation Policy?
Rental Reservations/bookings are not cancelled for fog, rain, snow or cold weather. We will cancel a reservation if the conditions are not suitable for being on the water or biking (lightning, Extreme winds and/or extreme weather). Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the Reservation will receive a full refund. Cancelling with a 24 hours notice or more may transfer the payment to a future reservation/booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund or transfer. No shows will also forfeit the entire booking/reservation fee. If RWO cancels due to an emergency, extreme weather, or if rental item(s) are down for repairs you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
How far is your location from GNP entrances?
We are located in East Glacier Park with the closest entrance at Two Medicine about 10 minutes away. We are 45 minutes from the St. Mary entrance via highway 49. We are approximately 1 hour from the West Glacier entrance. All contingent on traffic.
