    Legal

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Effective June 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rising Wolf Outfitters website and the rentals, guided tours, shuttles, lodging, café services, photography workshops, yoga sessions, and pet care offerings (collectively, the "Services") we provide in and around East Glacier Park, Montana. By booking, paying for, or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are processed through our booking partner, Peek Pro . Payment is collected at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring the dates, times, location, party size, and equipment selections in your booking are correct before completing checkout.

    2. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

    • Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are stated at checkout for each Service and are administered through Peek Pro.
    • We are located in East Glacier Park, Montana. Accidental bookings (wrong location, wrong date, or wrong activity) will not be refunded due to our limited seasonal availability.
    • No-shows and late arrivals that miss the scheduled departure forfeit the full booking amount.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Service due to weather, wildlife activity, road closures, equipment issues, or other safety concerns. In that event, you will be offered a reschedule or refund of the affected portion.

    3. Rental Equipment

    • Rentals include bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, racks, trailers, and related accessories. You agree to inspect equipment at pickup and report any concerns before leaving.
    • You are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of rented equipment, for following all park regulations, and for returning it on time in the condition it was received, allowing for normal wear.
    • You are financially responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Late returns are billed at the prevailing daily rate.
    • E-bikes require platform-style vehicle racks; tray-style rack rentals and bike shuttle drop-off/pick-up are available.

    4. Guided Tours & Activities — Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities in and around Glacier National Park involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: changing weather, lightning, hypothermia, falls, drowning, collisions, equipment failure, wildlife encounters (including bears), strenuous physical exertion, and remote environments with limited emergency access.

You voluntarily assume all such risks. You represent that you and all members of your party are in adequate physical condition to participate, have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, and will follow all guide instructions. A separate liability waiver and release of claims must be signed (typically via Peek Pro) before participating in any guided activity.

    5. Bear Spray Rentals

Bear spray is an aerosolized chemical deterrent and a regulated product. You agree to use it only as a defensive tool against aggressive bears, to keep it out of reach of children, and to comply with all federal, state, and airline regulations. Bear spray cannot be transported on commercial aircraft. Unreturned canisters are billed at full replacement cost.

    6. Shuttles

Shuttle schedules are confirmed at booking. Please arrive at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes early. Shuttles depart on time; missed pickups are non-refundable. Routes and stops may be adjusted for road conditions, weather, or park access.

    7. Lodging

Lodging is provided through Glacier Alpine Lodges. Each property has its own check-in/out times, occupancy limits, pet policies, and house rules, which are communicated at booking and must be followed.

    8. Pet Care (Bark BnB)

Pet care services require current vaccination records, accurate behavioral disclosure, and a signed boarding agreement. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.

    9. Photography & Likeness Release

Photos and videos may be taken during tours, classes, and on our property and used by Rising Wolf Outfitters for marketing and promotional purposes. Notify your guide before the activity if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

    10. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant — without refund — who is intoxicated, behaves dangerously, harasses staff or other guests, or damages equipment or property.

    11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Rising Wolf Outfitters, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

    12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, text, photography, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Rising Wolf Outfitters and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

    13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Glacier County, Montana.
